We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. All products on the webshop are in stock unless it says sold out. If a product is not in stock due to an administrative error or a double order, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If so, you will be contacted.

The prices stated on the Reptile Specials webshop are exclusive of shipping costs.

Delivery is by the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL, DHL, DPD. You will receive a track and trace number to track your package. Reptile Specials is not responsible for any delay of the parcel deliverer.
