Habistat Pulse Proportional Thermostat

The habistat Pulse proportional thermostat is ideal for controlling a powerful ceramic heat radiator and heat mats, when a constant heat is needed and not an on / off mode.

This device is much more advanced than most on / off switch thermostats. It can hold the temperature very accurately with a maximum wattage of 600 watts. A normal thermostat switches on in full power until a temperature is reached and then switches off completely until the temperature has dropped below a certain temperature again and then switches on again and so on.

The gap between the lowest temperature and the highest temperature during this process is called hysteresis. It is this moment that the temperature fluctuates and in some cases that is not desirable. The habistat pulse proportional thermostat gives a constant current peak to the heat source so you do not get any fluctuations.
